| Replacement glass sealed units and window repair service |
Windows and doors installed previously to 2002 have generally ordinary glass installed, this means that customers loose a lot of heat from their homes through the glass. Since 95% of our windows are glass, this means a lot of our heating bills literally go out of the window. Substantial savings can be made on the fuel bills with the correct up-to-date glass units, not to mention saving the greenhouse effect on the world.
Lots of customers approach us to replace their existing PVCU windows to correct this situation. However, it is not always necessary to replace the whole window, in fact replacing the sealed unit can solve the problem at a fraction of the cost of a new window.
So if you have had windows replaced prior to April 2002 you can now have them upgraded. At the same time you can upgrade to a decorative glass like Georgian bar effect or diamond and square leaded effect.
So don’t delay pick one of the following options today :-
Option 1 – Have your old glass sealed units replaced with K glass units.
Option 2 – Have your old glass sealed units replaced with Crossland’s SUPA K glass units.
Option 3 – Have your old glass sealed units replace with Crossland’s ACTIVE self cleaning glass units.
Option 4 – Have your old glass units replaced with Crosslands SMART GLASS which reflects most of the suns heat, to keep heat out in the summer months and heat in during the winter months. |

At Crossland we believe that you can always upgrade your existing conservatory by either replacing blown sealed units, upgrading the roof system or simply replacing the whole ”Top” of the conservatory.
Choose one of the three options to upgrade your conservatory today :-
Option 1 – Replace blown or tired sealed units with one of the options above. Replace disliked coloured fanlights with modern bevels or opt for Georgian arches to give a real statement.
Option 2 – Replace your whole roof system with today’s most up to date Ultraframe roof available in either, traditional poly carbonate, Heat Guard poly carbonate or self cleaning, heat reflective Smart Glass. The Ultraframe system has proved itself to be reliable, durable and attractive. This performance has been independently tested by the British Board of Agreement to give at least 25 years service.
Option 3 – Replace the whole “Top” of your conservatory, roof, windows and doors. If your base work and walls are sound, why not opt to update the top of your conservatory? Upgrade old UPVC units, choose a new finish to compliment your property or just make your conservatory maintenance free.
